We’re looking for a digital marketing leader to define and execute a growth strategy for one of the most novel and exciting products to enter the recruitment marketplace in years.
What are we looking for?
- Deep understanding of data strategy from collection to analysis to empower multiple teams with the metrics they need.
- Strong experience managing product, fixing breakage, and increasing user engagement and conversion.
-Proven ability to build scalable growth channels inside the product experience and via external channels.
-Has designed and implemented a growth process to manage multiple experiments at different phases, spanning across acquisition channels, product, engineering, and operations.
-Extensive experience with large array of tools for web analytics, tag management, ad tracking, remarketing, automation, retention, etc. Make creative use of non-paid channels (referrals, word of mouth, email, PR, etc).
-Strong bottom-line orientation with problem solving, project management, and resourcefulness.
What do you need?
-5+ years of experience as a Director of marketing at a b2c startup, ideally at high-growth startups with revenue above $10MM annually, and yearly marketing budget of at least $2m.
-Ideally you joined a startup at an early stage and helped build a very successful brand.
-Proven track record of building and running a marketing team, including search, content, email, apps, and offline.
-Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience using analytics to drive growth and retention.
