Specifically we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of online experience in the direct response industry. You need to know how to drive traffic, develop testing ideas, write exceptional copy and manage a team of copywriters, developers, traffic specialists. If you have the following qualities, it puts you ahead of the pack: Understanding of copywriting fundamentals, understanding traffic fundamentals. Understanding how to motivate, lead, keep accountable and inspire those you work with. Helping your team mates get better professionally and personally. Experience in the direct response industry is a must because you will be playing with large sums of money and you will need to show a return on that money at the end of each month.
