As a part of our Caterer Sales team, you are a Caterer Acquisition & Logistics Facilitator (CALF), and you’ll be responsible for eating, breathing, and dreaming of great food options. You’ll scour the culinary landscape to find the best vendors to join CaterCow and will then lead them through the onboarding process – from signing up caterers, to uploading their current menu and packages online, to pushing their creative limits for exclusive offerings on CaterCow, and finally to getting them their first order, you’ll be an integral part of bringing new delicious food onto the site.
We are open to full-time or part-time hires for this role. We need someone who has:
- A knack for exploring new cuisines and staying in the know about the best eateries, chefs, and purveyors
- A great deal of initiative, self-sufficiency, and resourcefulness in finding new caterers, developing the best methods to get them signed up, and creating relevant and unique packages
- An addiction to pornof beautiful, fun, and unique food items Your job will be constantly evolving as we grow. These are just some of the daily tasks you will start with:
- Research and vet new vendors on CaterCow, and use various methods (email, call, in-person meetings, etc.) to convince them to join our community of caterers
- Guide new caterers through the onboarding process of uploading their menus and catering packages that would be most relevant and popular with our customers
- Work with vendors on logistical issues
- Negotiate CaterCow exclusive benefits for customers
- Become an amateur photographer – shoot photos (and then sample!) vendors’ dishes for mouthwatering presentation to customers. No experience required Choose one of the following questions to answer in your cover letter:
