About the Role
The Influencer & Affiliate Senior Specialist will be instrumental in advancing ButcherBox’s influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. This role involves managing daily communications with partners, overseeing creative assets, and tracking performance to ensure both programs run smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, effective communication, and operational efficiency, while gaining hands-on experience in influencer and affiliate marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Influencer & Affiliate Managers to execute strategies that drive customer growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Partner Support
– Manage daily communications with influencers and affiliate partners, ensuring prompt and effective relationship management
– Support onboarding, contracts, and negotiations to provide a seamless partner experience
– Oversee tracking links, promo codes, and creative asset distribution
– Ensure partners receive all necessary materials and campaign guidelines

Operational & Performance Support
– Assist with data collection and reporting to provide insights to senior leadership
– Help manage affiliate commission tracking and approvals
– Monitor partner content to ensure compliance with campaign standards
– Contribute to testing and evaluating new marketing strategies

Success Metrics
– Faster and more efficient partner communication
– Streamlined processes for tracking, link/code management, and asset delivery
– Enhanced data reporting to support strategic decisions
– Increased support for key initiatives, allowing senior team to focus on broader goals
– Strong partner relationships and ownership of partner support

Growth Opportunities
– Develop a solid foundation in influencer and affiliate marketing
– Gain experience in project and campaign management
– Build analytical skills through performance tracking and insights

Requirements
– 4+ years of experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing; agency experience is a plus
– Familiarity with Impact Radius or similar platforms
– Experience in performance reporting
– Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage new partner leads
– Highly organized and collaborative
– HubSpot experience is a plus

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 per year
