For our new product IMS TEAM365, which is a sales HR solution for companies offering primarily IT services; we’re looking for talented salespeople to sell our product on a large scale to medium sized IT companies within their region.

You should possess the following traits and skills to be hired for this position: *Excellent understanding of the IT development industry. *A convincing, charismatic personality. *Excellent networking abilities online, combined with strong phone skills. *The ability to learn quickly. *The desire and drive to be able to work autonomously and effectively.

You will be paid monthly on a commission basis. Additionally, you will be given bonuses and incentives for excellent results, and will be invited on company business trips to various conferences and venues we’re attending abroad when it’s reasonable to do so with all expenses paid.

Your sales target will be 4-5 deals per month, with an average sale value of €6,000, and your targeted earnings will be €86,000-€108,000 per year.
