We are looking for a highly motivated, well-connected, and commercial Client Partner to join our dedicated X (formerly Twitter) team in Italy.
As a Client Partner, you’re not just selling advertising – you’re building a market. You will act as the local face of X in Italy, responsible for driving ad revenue growth with a strong focus on new business acquisition, activating untapped advertisers, and expanding existing client relationships.
This role is ideal for a hungry, proactive salesperson who thrives on opening doors, building C-level relationships, and positioning X as an indispensable, real-time cultural and performance engine for Italian brands and agencies.
- Drive Sales & New Business Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, high-level negotiations, and onboarding new advertisers to X.
- Be the Platform Evangelist: Position X as a strategic growth and brand-building channel through market education, presentations, and dynamic client workshops.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Forge and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with top-tier media agencies and direct advertisers across the Italian market.
- Pipeline Management: Actively hunt for new clients while maintaining accurate pipeline, revenue forecasting, and activity tracking in our CRM tools.
- Collaborate to Win: Work seamlessly with our internal Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) – who oversee the hands-on campaign lifecycle – to ensure your clients’ strategies are executed flawlessly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a proactive sales role (advertising, media sales, digital, tech, or new business development).
- Native or full professional fluency in Italian, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals: prospecting, objection handling, pipeline management, and closing.
- A proactive, "doer" attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem in Italy, complete with an existing, active network of media agencies and direct advertisers.
- A passion for X (Twitter) and a genuine curiosity for the future of social media, real-time marketing, and digital trends.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive digital landscape.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building things in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
