Advancement Opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

Experience:
– Experience working as part of a team
– At least two years of SEO experience
– At least two years of Google Spreadsheets experience
– At least two years of WordPress experience
– Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel formulas
– Google Analytics certification is a plus
– Strong project management skills
– Experience with Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or SEMrush is a plus
– Strong knowledge of Google Search Operators and excellent research skills
– Awareness of major publishers, tech trends, and lifestyle trends
– Copywriting experience is a bonus

Qualities:
– Demonstrated ability to complete tasks effectively
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong organizational and self‑management skills
– Clear communication about project status
– Excellent written English (resume must be in English)
– Fast typing and strong keyboard shortcut skills
– Reliable internet connection

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:
– Use critical thinking to pitch content that aligns with clients’ SEO keywords
– Identify the best publisher outreach opportunities
– Research and collect contact details for website owners and publishers
– Partner with editors and reporters to establish long‑term publishing opportunities
– Optimize content in our digital newsroom
– Apply strong news judgment to discover stories that interest brand audiences
– Analyze top‑performing consumer magazine content to identify outreach opportunities

Compensation
– Competitive and based on experience

Working Hours
We’re looking for team members who can overlap with U.S. East Coast hours, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

For applicants in Asia (Philippines/Indonesia):
3:30 pm to 12:00 midnight local time (3:30 am – 12:00 pm EDT or 2:30 am – 11:00 am EST depending on the season).
A 30‑minute break can be taken anytime between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm local time.
