What you will do
• Clinical Leadership: Provide high‑quality pharmaceutical care with a strong focus on accuracy and patient safety in a high‑volume mail‑order setting.
• Technology Integration: Use our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G‑Suite, Slack, our internal app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and more) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Workflow Optimization: Work with PACMED packaging for adherence patients and coordinate autonomous workflows with mobile physician partners.
• Special Projects: Contribute to B2B integrations and process‑improvement initiatives that keep us ahead.
• Communication Excellence: Interact with patients and partners with empathy and efficiency, setting a high standard for digital care.

What you bring
• Credentials: Active or eligible OCP license in good standing.
• Technical Skill: You don’t just use Kroll — you’ve mastered it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is highly valued.
