What You’ll Do
• Clinical Leadership: Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care with a strong focus on accuracy and patient safety in a high-volume mail-order setting.
• Tech Integration: Use our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G‑Suite, Slack, our in-house app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and more) to support smooth order processing.
• Workflow Optimization: Work with PACMED strip packaging for compliance patients and coordinate autonomous workflows with mobile doctor partners.
• Special Projects: Participate in B2B integrations and process improvement initiatives that keep us ahead of the curve.
• Communication Excellence: Interact with patients and partners with empathy and efficiency, setting a high bar for digital care.

What You Bring
• Credentials: Licensed with the OCP or eligible for licensure, in good standing.
• Technical Skill: You don’t just use Kroll—you excel at it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is highly valued.
• Tech Mindset: Digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect feel natural to you.
• Speed: Comfortable in high-volume roles where efficiency is essential.
• Adaptability: Open to change and energized by project-driven work and B2B collaborations.

$100,000–$120,000 per year
