Curai Health is an AI-driven virtual clinic focused on expanding access to healthcare at scale. As an early leader in integrating machine learning into clinical workflows, Curai Health equips its specially trained clinicians to provide primary care to more patients at significantly lower cost. Designed to be simple and convenient, Curai Health works with insurers and health systems to keep patients engaged in their long-term care, improving outcomes while reducing expenses.
The company is remote-first with a corporate office in San Francisco. We consider applications from fully licensed US physicians who hold the required state licenses.
Clinical Operations at Curai
Our clinical team uses AI-enhanced electronic records to deliver urgent and primary care. We are currently seeking Family Practice Physicians who can treat both adults and children. Because we operate 24/7, we need clinicians with flexible availability.

Candidates must hold at least two of the following: CA, TX, or FL, and it is beneficial to also have IN, MI, MS, GA, TN, or OK. Day shifts run from 6am to 6pm PST, with four nine-hour shifts per week. Physicians work 2–3 weekend shifts per month, totaling 36 clinic hours and 4 administrative hours weekly. Family Medicine physicians may work any shift, while Emergency Medicine physicians are limited to overnight shifts.
