We are currently seeking a Regional Associate to join our team. The Regonal Associate will apply strategic thinking, business writing, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills to assist the Regional Director in pursuit of business outcomes. The position is based in LA.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales/Scheduling: Engage with senior-level corporate executive women to proactively schedule and confirm sales meetings through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns; Gather business intelligence on companies, leads and qualified prospects; Partner with Regional Director of New York to create customized plans for assigned territories to support sales cycle success and to drive urgency; Ensure that CRM database contains accurate account details and contact information; Prepare pre-visit materials for prospect interactions; Shadow and participate in calls, visits, presentations and web walk throughs; Schedule follow-up calls accordingly.

Afternoon Tea Support: Coordinate Afternoon Tea logistics, i.e. invitations, marketing materials, name tags, speaker gifts; Afternoon Tea onsite support, including check-in, material/gift coordination.

Qualifications

True belief in AWE’s mission to significantly improve the number of women in senior management and on board seats; The spirit to “Be Bold” and fearless in representing AWE, even during its start-up phase; Past work experience in a sales position; e.g. internship or part-time job; Natural ability to connect with people and to be a connector for people; Solid understanding of business concepts and ability to quickly learn function overviews; Exceptional ability to establish credibility with senior-level executives; Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure; Flexibility and agility in a high-growth environment; Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills; Strong attention to detail; Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; Bachelor’s Degree required.

Salary and compensation

$10,000 — $80,000/year
