What you will do
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies
• Manage onsite optimization projects and provide performance reports
• Offer actionable insights and introduce new initiatives to enhance the site
• Lead and mentor the SEO team, promoting collaboration and motivation
• Set goals and assign tasks to team members
• Drive business growth using top SEO practices and tactics
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing

We expect you to have
• 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Team Lead
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Solid experience with digital marketing channels, web analytics, global SEO trends, and the search landscape
• A track record of using a variety of SEO tactics
• Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to act on insights
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Gross salary
• Starting from 3810 EUR/month. We’re open to discussing a different salary depending on your skills and experience.
