About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Creator Success Manager (Korea) to lead and grow our influencer marketing efforts in the region. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across various content platforms. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Korean digital ecosystem, social media trends, and influencer collaborations, along with a proven history of delivering successful influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a strong network of top creators and social media influencers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts, compensation, and expectations.
• Work with marketing, product, and PR teams to design and run campaigns that boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Business Development, Legal, Design, Product, and Account Management on influencer strategies and opportunities.
• Stay informed on the latest social media and influencer trends to guide future campaigns.
• Partner with brand marketing to create influencer-focused materials and meet the needs of our creator network.
• Set performance goals, manage rosters, track conversions, and evaluate influencer effectiveness.
• Maintain communication with current influencer partners while sourcing and negotiating new collaborations.
• Adjust partnership strategies based on best practices and emerging trends.
• Lead and execute the influencer marketing strategy in Korea to enhance brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and creator acquisition.
• Track and analyze influencer campaign KPIs, offering insights and optimization recommendations.
• Keep informed about influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and regional content consumption habits.
• Manage the Korean influencer marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, working directly with influencers and streamers.
• Strong passion for gaming and experience identifying global gaming influencer partnerships and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with gaming publishers and products, with expertise in both established and emerging mobile and video game influencers.
• Deep understanding of influencer communities on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, writing, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with experience setting goals and KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with or managing influencer marketing agencies, from RFP to execution and final reporting.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in e-commerce, gaming, or tech.
• Knowledge of paid influencer partnerships and how to integrate them with organic strategies.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, gifting programs, and community-driven content.
