The mission of the Spotify Advertising Business Marketing team is to inspire and convert millions of advertisers to reach billions of fans.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of the Advertising Business Marketing strategy in Mexico. This role is part of the International team, focused on driving awareness and demand for Spotify’s advertising solutions among enterprise brands and media agencies, ensuring our core messaging and products resonate in meaningful ways within the Mexican and wider LATAM markets. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, operator, and storyteller, comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders across sales, communications, and global marketing, while also delivering impactful and locally relevant campaigns and initiatives.

We are a fast-moving company that requires team members who can anticipate needs, act quickly, and mobilize teams to keep up with the market. This role demands excellent project management and strategic thinking, a creative and innovative approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. It reports to the Associate Director of Business Marketing LATAM and works closely with local, regional, and global teams.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Do
• Implement Mexico’s annual Advertising Business Marketing Strategy, covering paid, owned, and earned campaigns to generate market demand
• Bring Spotify advertising to life through culturally relevant experiential activations that engage brands and agencies and build deeper consideration
• Partner with local trade events and industry associations to boost Spotify’s presence through sponsorships and participation
• Own translation, localization, and go-to-market execution for global marketing programs, sales materials, and marketing assets such as event materials and case studies, working with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal teams across Brand Marketing, Sales, Comms, and others to ensure alignment, innovation, and strong execution
• Support regional tracking and reporting, highlighting insights and results while ensuring budget management follows Spotify’s processes

Who You Are
• You hold a BA or equivalent in marketing and have 7+ years of experience in digital media, ideally in a B2B marketing role at an ad-supported publisher or platform
• You have strong knowledge of the Mexican media landscape and understand how to market to brands and media agencies
• You have a proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with tight deadlines
• You have significant experience working with experiential agencies and third-party vendors to deliver large-scale activations
• You can work independently, managing both strategy and execution, and have experience collaborating across departments locally and globally
• You combine creativity with strategic thinking and have excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience with Salesforce and Splash is a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus
