The Role
Wpromote is looking for a sharp Paid Social Manager to manage scalable full-funnel paid social advertising campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on role: build campaign strategy, execute high-quality activations, optimize to business KPIs, and partner with cross-functional counterparts such as Creative leads to test social-first creative as well as Data Science leads to operationalize modern measurement. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $70,000 – $85,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be
- Formulate full-funnel paid social strategies that tie media decisions to client business objectives (e.g., revenue growth, CPA, LTV, lead generation, brand awareness).
- Own day-to-day campaign setup, activation, and optimization across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, X, Nextdoor, and other relevant channels.
- Lead client communications for assigned accounts (with Director support), including weekly reporting, optimization rationale, and recommended next steps.
- Translate creative insights into testable hypotheses and partner closely with Creative leads (in-house teams, Wpromote creative retainers, or third-party agencies) to iterate on social-first creative assets and sequencing.
- Design and run experiments and A/B tests, capture learnings, and scale winning tactics; track experiment velocity and ensure insights are documented.
- Apply strict QA, tagging, and tracking discipline to ensure accurate delivery and measurement integrity.
- Build and maintain measurement-accurate setups, including platform pixel tagging, server-to-server integrations (CAPI/SDK where applicable), and first-party signal capture; leverage tools such as Events Manager and Pixel Helper to identify and escalate gaps to senior measurement partners.
- Participate in cross-functional pod workflows (Creative, Data Strategy, Paid Search, Programmatic) and execute against shared KPIs.
You Must Have
- 2–3+ years of paid media experience (paid social, paid search, and/or media buying) in an agency or in-house/client environment.
- Hands-on experience building, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta and at least one additional platform (e.g., TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Google).
- Strong operational fluency with Meta Ads Manager and other platform UIs; comfortable exporting, analyzing, and manipulating campaign data.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 (or tools such as Northbeam, Adobe, TripleWhale, etc.) for basic cross-channel and assist analysis.
- Solid skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong QA habits and a bias toward documenting processes and results.
- Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
Nice To Have
- Experience leveraging Smartly.
- Basic SQL skills and/or experience working with BI tools.
- Exposure to server-side tracking (CAPI), enhanced conversions, and incrementality testing.
- Experience running audience and creative tests at scale, with familiarity using asset-level diagnostics (e.g., thumbstop rate, hold rate).
