You

You’re a systems thinker with a strong DevOps foundation and a hands-on approach to infrastructure. You enjoy building reliable, scalable systems and take ownership of both their performance and security. You’re proactive by nature—spotting potential issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting developers before problems escalate. You’re comfortable working closely with development and security teams, balancing reliability with innovation, and you’re motivated to grow your impact, whether through deeper technical ownership or future leadership responsibilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure from the ground up
• Support and manage Linux-based systems, application deployments, and updates
• Set up and maintain modern stacks (LEMP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
• Create and maintain HELM Charts and manage Kubernetes clusters
• Manage and optimize Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana in cloud environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency through monitoring and optimization
• Collaborate closely with developers to improve deployment workflows and system architecture
• Drive security-first practices across infrastructure and deployments
• Proactively identify issues, improvements, and long-term infrastructure needs

WHAT WE EXPECT

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar roles
• Strong Linux server and multi-platform administration experience
• Solid cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Strong containerization and orchestration skills (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps practices
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Security-conscious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Proactive problem-solver who balances reliability with innovation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with developers and security teams

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience mentoring or leading DevOps / Infrastructure engineers
• Experience with Cloudflare (CDN, security, DNS)
• NodeJS or PHP application stack knowledge
• Interest in growing toward technical leadership or architectural ownership

GROSS SALARY

• 4450 – 6250 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
