You
A strategic and analytical marketer who knows how to make YouTube and Google Display campaigns perform. You understand what drives attention, how to reach global audiences, and how to turn data into actionable insights. You’re curious, hands-on, and comfortable owning campaigns from setup to scaling — always looking for smarter ways to drive growth and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, launch, and optimize YouTube and Google Display campaigns across multiple global markets
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-backed recommendations
- Work closely with creative and analytics teams to refine messaging, visuals, and targeting for better engagement and conversions
- Test new formats, bidding strategies, and audiences to maximize ROI and discover new growth paths
- Monitor market trends and platform updates, applying the latest best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Report on performance results, highlighting insights and actions to improve overall strategy
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube and Google Display Ads
- Proven success in scaling performance campaigns and achieving strong ROI
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, DV360, and related analytics tools
- Solid grasp of audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear action plans
- Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset with a passion for experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
