HomeHero is launching today on a mission to build a layer of trust in the senior care market and help families reduce the headache inherent to finding, hiring and managing in-home care for seniors.

We are looking to hire a Client Support Representative with prior experience in sales development or customer support.

An ideal candidate will be a scrappy and creative self-starter with high-energy, positive phone presence, and a track record of effective and persistent lead follow through.

As a Client Support Representative you’ll be responsible for support efforts at a strategic and operational level. You’ll be qualifying and warm leads, managing clients account services and assisting on the phone and online chat.

Responsibilities: Prioritizing and qualifying incoming client requests Matching client with caregivers Continually improving our support process Learning new software programs quickly Conversing professionally with Baby Boomers Being highly transparent with our team Willingness to work weekends and nights Compensation: 50-70k Requirements: 4-year college degree a plus Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas Experience in health care You’ll work closely with the rest of the team and be supported by the founders and the other departments — sales is a true team effort.
