Support is possibly the most important function in our business. Thousands of businesses use Synup everyday to manage critical business functions and our goal is to be able to answer any support question they may have within 12 hours.

We run a distributed workforce with customers in the different US time-zones and most of our employees in IST (India).

So far, most of the support function has been performed by the founders and we’re now looking for a full-time Customer Champion to help us set up, scale and execute our support strategy.

You’re ideal if:

  • You enjoy working with small businesses
  • Believe in supporting a product that’s making an impact in people’s lives
  • Aren’t afraid of dealing with very fast growth (More support tickets, yay!)
  • Have very good English – written and spoken
