Project Gardenia is a focused, project-based remote opportunity where your expertise will directly support the improvement of language models and conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities:

– Review short agent–caller conversation transcripts.

– Evaluate and label entity types according to detailed Task Guidelines.

– Complete all tasks accurately, consistently, and in line with project requirements.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in English.

– Proficiency in French (Canada).

– Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

– Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models).

– Background in LLM evaluation or similar linguistic/AI tasks.

– Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Project Qualifications:

– Ability to follow structured labeling guidelines.

– Competence in reviewing text data for accuracy and context.

– Demonstrated fluency in both required languages.
