Job Description: The Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying marketing opportunities, both online and on the ground and developing marketing materials and copy to target those opportunities.

The Marketing Associate will write unique blog & social media content to broaden the exposure of the Quo brand and provide interesting and helpful insights to our users.

The Marketing Associate will have the opportunity to work directly with Quo’s founding team to help develop and implement marketing strategies, branding and advertising. Responsibilities will range from the strategic to the tactical. As our City Ambassador program grows, our city leader will have the opportunity to build a team with additional resources.

Requirements: Northeast Ohio resident, able to attend local events. In-depth understanding of Northeast Ohio’s neighborhoods, apartment buildings, social scenes, and events. A passion for helping people find great places to live. Strong network of friends and/or family in the area. A current or former apartment renter, ideally having rented for more than 3 years. Strong proficiency in written English – writing style should be fun and embody the Quo voice. Experience and/or proficiency with Photoshop or Illustrator a huge plus. An understanding of how brands use social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). An active social media presence of your own.

Salary and compensation

$20,000 — $30,000/year
