We’ve got a solid foundation – great product, great customer service, great word of mouth, steady solid growth, and smooth-running systems for everything important.
Calvin will keep focusing on the vision and the product, while you focus on marketing, partnerships, and recruiting a team of customer service reps, developers, designers, and marketers, to make this a 9 figure business or more.
Simplero is currently only Calvin, with 100% ownership. You’ll be the one to really build the company out.
You are someone with a big network who loves meeting and leading people, who understands information marketing, who loves software, who cares about growing yourself and others.
You’re someone who’d be the CEO, except you’re not the type to come up with the great business idea. You’re more the type that jumps in to support and really add fuel to the fire of the an already great business.
We’re a values-driven company. We care about purpose, we care about serving people, we love to co-create our product with our customers, and we’re all about love. Yup. I said it.
Even though the title says "COO", it’s a much more people-oriented role than an systems-oriented role. Partnerships, press, customer acquisition, team building.
You’ll start by establishing the metrics we need to track and how to track them. Next you’ll take overhaul our sales and onboarding process. After that, you’ll overhaul our marketing process. Then you’ll hire the next team member. And then you just keep doing more of that, till we reach the nine figures 🙂
