Responsibilities and Accountability

● Build, run and optimize advertising on paid social and other platforms.

● Continuously experiment to optimize results.

● Generate performance reports.

● Perform different kinds of research to keep up with trends and stay up to date with the market.

Core Competencies and Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or other related field.

● A minimum of 2 years paid social experience, particularly with, but not limited to mobile. web, social and emerging technologies.

● Proven experience in Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok ad campaigns.

● Mobile marketing experience is a bonus

● Experience managing 6+ figures monthly budgets

● Strong analytical skills.

● Self-motivated and a quick learner.

● Out-of-the-box thinker finding new ways to advertise products.

● Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English.

● Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.

Salary and compensation

$10,000 — $30,000/year
