If you are enthused about the http://Force.com platform and hands-on with configuration and project management, read on.
This is really two jobs rolled into one: • As a Business Analyst, you’d work with clients to understand their business objectives; then configure solutions in https://www.salesforce.com/de/?ir=1. Depending on your level of experience, you could draw on Architects or more senior Consultants where needed. • On the Project Management side of things, you’d help clients stay informed on budget, timeline, risks, and on the deliverables that their team needs to provide.
HSC emphasizes follow-on work and repeat clients, so a large part of your job is to ensure the client feels like they are working with a trusted partner (rather than just an order-taker).
Responsibilities: • You’ll drive Salesforce projects from start to finish. • Wearing your Business Analyst hat: o You’ll help develop project requirements by asking the clients about their business process and their goals, and matching that to http://Force.com capabilities. o You will create a design, sometimes with the help of other HSC Consultants, and will document and play this back to the client (sometimes using mockups or not-fully-functional versions of the final product). o You’ll configure the system and will provide ongoing feedback and demos to clients so they get an early glimpse. o You’ll coordinate testing and will help client staff move through test scenarios to ensure their business processes will be supported. o You’ll migrate changes from test to production and support the stabilizing and fine-tuning of the client’s system. • Wearing your Project Manager hat: o You’ll track and manage project budget, schedule, and risks. o You’ll be expected to schedule and lead project meetings of various sorts (status meetings, requirements-gathering sessions, design reviews, etc.). o Provide project status updates to clients on regular basis.
