We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to strengthen our IT team.
This role is perfect for someone at an early stage of their IT career who wants to learn, grow, and gain experience across different areas of system administration.
Here, you won’t find micromanagement — instead, you’ll get support from a strong expert team, access to modern tools, and the opportunity to develop in various directions.
In this role you will
- Configure, set up, and administer PCs and peripheral equipment
- Support new colleagues during onboarding (hardware, accounts, access)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide day-to-day technical and administrative IT support to colleagues
- Manage IT inventory: issuance, amortization, purchasing, and servicing
- Contribute to improving internal administrative IT processes and practices
It’s all about you
- Basic knowledge of networking equipment and principles
- Understanding of PC architecture and troubleshooting methods
- Confident with Windows and macOS installation and configuration
- Familiarity with backup and recovery approaches, and IT security basics
- Experience with office equipment setup and maintenance
- English level: Intermediate+
- Strong desire to learn and grow in IT
- Communication skills, flexibility, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork orientation
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
