I’m running a startup in the commercial lending space called Quantile. I’m looking for someone to help me make cold-calls to small businesses. The goal is to find businesses that are interested in a commercial loan.

Quantile helps lenders at banks find businesses to prospect. As part of the product, I cold-call candidate businesses and evaluate whether they are a potential fit for the bank’s services. This service is proving to be pretty popular, so I’m looking for someone to help me with the cold-calls and ultimately assist in building out the business.

I’m looking for someone who can commit at least 12 hours/week. The starting salary is $15/hour in addition to 10% of commission (up to a maximum of $300) upon a successful loan close.
