Great conversations at ADCC West! It was fantastic connecting with so many hardworking, forward-thinking leaders in data center construction—the people driving the rapid expansion of this industry. The demand for faster builds is higher than ever, and it was exciting to engage with experts tackling these challenges head-on. The discussions throughout the event reinforced just how critical communication, visibility, and alignment are in delivering complex projects on time: ✅ Monday: Paul Vaccaro led an amazing workshop on efficient scheduling, exploring best practices for staying on track in high-stakes construction. A key takeaway? New software solutions improve stakeholder communication—a crucial factor, as many in the audience shared that their biggest project failures stemmed from communication breakdowns. ✅ Tuesday: The Setting Projects Up for Success panel built on this theme, with industry leaders discussing how proactive collaboration and transparency drive better project outcomes: 💬 “Clients expect to be challenged, and that challenge comes from asking the right questions—ultimately, these conversations drive project success.” – Mustafa Husaini, Google 💬 “Transparency and communication between all stakeholders as equals ensures the best project outcomes.” – Abhishek Bardhan, Exyte 💬 “Objective data is the most critical thing on a project.” – Eric Miller, McCarthy ✅ Wednesday: The conversations didn’t stop there! We had great discussions at the booth, where data center leaders continued to share insights on how technology is helping teams work smarter, reduce delays, and improve project efficiency. A big thanks to everyone who joined the discussions—we’re looking forward to keeping the momentum going! #DoxelAI #DataCenterConstruction #AIforConstruction #ADCCWest

PTC'25 was a fantastic conference with great content. The session "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱: 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" was full of insights, particularly that construction continues to an area for improvement in delivering computing. Chris Sharp Digital Realty- "2025 will be about finding efficiencies. There will be winners and losers. There is a unique advantage to going to market quicker; our customers are able to be relevant quicker. We’re at a misfortune if it takes 2 years to bring a data center to market." Alicia Clovis (Ruckteschler) Equinix- "The industry has a 40,000 shortage of electricians and the expertise to install the pipework for liquid cooling doesn't exist yet." Andrej Danis AlixPartners- "The moment you commit, your head is on the line. If you deliver a few months late, you’ve lost a lot of money." Melissa M. Massa Lenovo- "With macro changes, supply is the bottleneck" Lynn Smullen Oracle- "We need tighter communications upstream and downstream" #PTC25 #construction #datacenter #constructiontech

PTC25 Day 2 started out with the panel: Redefining Next-Generation Data Center Models. Topics ranged from data sovereignty to nuclear power, liquid to the chip, and "the singularity". Key quotes: Doug Adams NTT Global Data Centers- "You don’t set and forget like in an air environment. Liquid to chips is much more complicated. The devil is completely in the details. The learnings over the last two years have been incredible, and it’s thanks to the partnerships of our customers that we’ve had these learnings." Randy Brouckman EdgeConneX- "Asia is the easiest market. For complexity, look at Western Europe and the US. It’s going to be “bring your own power”. We’ve had to change, we’ve had to become grid operators in some areas." Andy Power Digital Realty- "AI has been super US focused so far. But we’re only in the first "at bat" of AI, the sovereignty subject is going to be huge. AI is an arms race." #ptc25 #datacenter #construction #constructiontech
