With over 145 new, exclusive pieces, these collections celebrate Jake’s effortless style that blends together heirloom classics with a modern touch. Another inspiring trip to our colleagues and partners in the US! My visit of Crate and Barrel and Boston Dynamics alongside my Board colleague Sergio Bucher had three stops, each of which were highlights. Here's what I took from our trip: ✅ CRM is an especially relevant success factor in #retail and #ecommerce. We had a great exchange with colleagues from Crate & Barrel, bonprix, OTTO, limango GmbH - A member of the otto group, Project A, Headline and the Otto Group. This is also one of our strengths in the group: a diverse set of internationally active companies that can inspire each other with best practices. Thank you to Dr. Nicolai Johannsen and Henrieke Hentschel (OTTO), Marcel de Vries and Thomas Ernst (Limango), Dr. Torben Hansen (bonprix), Florian Heinemann and Audrey Mann (Project A), Thomas Gieselmann and Nicolas von Blottnitz (Headline), Julian Grunewald (Otto Group) as well as Janet Hayes, Alicia Waters, Ryan Turf, ason Bootha and Amy Eschliman from Crate & Barrel! ✅ We also visited our partners a Boston Dynamics to discuss advances in #robotics. Their robots Stretch and Spot are in operation in our warehouses and pushing logistics forward! ✅ Last but not least was a visit of CB2 and Crate & Barrel stores. A very special shout-out to the very welcoming colleagues on-site! Their dedication to making customers happy was apparent and very inspiring. The importance of passionate people in the stores for real customer satisfaction can't be overestimated. Thank you! This is something I believe in and that was affirmed yet again: The future of retail and e-commerce is created by people and technology / robotics hand-in-hand. I'm glad that the Otto Group is strong on both sides.

Being experts in entertaining means continuously learning from change makers in the industry. This week, we had the privilege of celebrating Black History Month with Chef Tiffany Williams and an inspiring conversation about food, culture, and community. As the owner of Exquisite Catering & Events, LLC, Tiffany caters international cuisine for TV and movie sets, concert tours and more. Her commitment to positive change within the Black community shines through her support of local vendors and many Chicago South Side residents. We were fortunate to hear her personal journey and point of view on representation in the culinary world, and even gain some pro tips for food and food preparation.
