An inspiring Let’s Talk session at CSHARK is behind us! 🚀 This time, we looked into the future under the theme Let’s Talk About the Future. We explored trend forecasting in the ICT industry and discussed how science helps us predict the future while considering sustainable development. 🌍 The theoretical part was led by Martyna Mrozek, who introduced us to the fascinating world of trends and future forecasting. In the workshop session, Małgorzata Żuk supported us in analyzing trends using infuture.institute's Trend Maps. 🔍 Together, we explored potential future changes and how we can prepare for them. With the Human-Centred Design approach, we focused on people and designing the future in a way that truly matters. Huge thanks to everyone who joined and contributed to the insightful discussions! 🙌

December is undeniably a time for reflections, planning, and resolutions. To ensure these resolutions are successful, it's essential to approach them thoughtfully. At CSHARK, we aim to deliver on what we set out to achieve. That's why we sought advice from an expert and invited Mateusz Sobieraj to pay us a visit. In addition to running his own businesses, Mateusz focuses on sustainable development and finding balance. Mateusz visited us on Tuesday and shared a few simple yet effective tips. Now we know how to set achievable goals, rely on plans and routines instead of sheer willpower, and understand why doing just one push-up is better than doing nothing at all. We are thrilled to share that our team recently visited Tanzania to collaborate with our partners, ASA International and ASA Tanzania, on an impactful project! 🤝   During the visit, we conducted workshops at our partner's Head Office in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The focus? Addressing strategic and digitalization challenges within the ASA Model of Microfinance Operations and Implementation Strategy.   💡 Why this matters: Together, we are working to integrate digital financial services into the ASA Tanzania operating model. This initiative aims to empower low-income entrepreneurs with socially responsible financial solutions.   🚀 Our goal: To develop effective strategies and streamline procedures, ensuring ASA Microfinance (Tanzania) Limited continues to lead in delivering impactful services across Asia and Africa.   A big thank you to Marcin Owczarek AgileBA® TOGAF® 9, Paweł Szczepanek and everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative.
