  • We analyzed 1,485 software-related keywords and 13,660 search results to uncover the biggest players in search visibility, AI Overviews, and more. Key Findings: ✅ G2 leads the pack—appearing in 6.26% of results. ✅ Reddit is rising, ranking #2 in visibility. ✅ 60% of software searches still don’t show AI Overviews. ✅ Review sites + SaaS brands dominate—Capterra, TrustRadius, IBM, Microsoft & more. What does this mean for SaaS companies? Search is evolving, but SEO still matters. 📊 See the full data and insights here: https://lnkd.in/daCbb6aF

  • AI apps are exploding. Consumer spending on AI-powered apps grew 274% year-over-year, reaching $1.8 billion in 2024. Few industries see this kind of growth. 🚀 The opportunity? Massive. AI isn’t just for startups—established businesses can tap into the demand. Some categories are saturated, but others remain untapped. New categories will emerge, creating even more potential. We broke down the numbers at Minuttia Live. Join us for the next session this Thursday. 🙌

  • Toggl generated 7M+ impressions and 800+ signups with a structured content strategy—without the chaos of managing freelancers. Minuttia helped by creating 91 high-intent content pieces, optimizing for SEO, and designing custom graphics. The result? 26K+ clicks, 200+ conversions, and sustained traffic growth. Great content isn’t just about quantity—it’s about alignment, quality, and execution. Want to see similar results? Request a free intro call with our team.

  • Content-wise, the People Also Ask SERP feature is a goldmine for being featured in the SERPs even if your page isn’t ranking by itself. Our research uncovered that a whopping 96.80% of ‘comparison’ keyword SERPs include the People Also Ask section, while 3.20% do not. To understand why this is important, let’s quickly explain the main mechanism behind this section. Contrary to popular belief, People Also Ask isn’t just a list of frequently searched questions. Instead, here’s how it works: 1. Google’s crawl bot scans web pages for relevant questions and answers that could help users with their queries. 2. The algorithm selects suitable questions and pairs them with concise answers extracted from the pages it crawls. 3. Each question-answer pair includes a link to the source page, providing an opportunity for visibility even if the page does not rank in the top 10 search results. If your content is clear and concise enough – and formatted right – it could be featured in the People Also Ask section and the SERPs. Read the data study: link in the comments 👇

Building an Agent Workshop Live in exactly 2 hours 👇 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁: I built an agent that summarizes what happened in all of Minuttia’s client channels and shares an overview at the end of every day. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Regular zaps track and log all conversations in each client channel and inside message threads and 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 (e.g., Zapier Table). The table is pretty simple, with four columns: Client, Name (of the person who wrote the message), Date, and Message. 2️⃣ Then, you need to set up the agent by 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿. This agent's trigger is set to ‘Schedule,’ which starts every day (including weekends) at 11:45 pm. The behavior needs testing and refinement. You’ve got to use the basics of prompting, such as defining the role and task, establishing the rules, and using symbols. The good thing is that you can (and should) iterate in a testing environment before activating the agent. 3️⃣ The agent generates the summary in about 2 minutes, and the message on Slack is usually sent at around 11:47 pm. This way, our team will always be up to date with everything that happened the previous day. In exactly 2 hours, I'll build a new agent live on this week's Minuttia Live event. It will resemble the behavior of a marketing analyst who analyzes marketing data. If you want to understand how Zapier agents can help you become more efficient, join us for free.
