Doctor Richman and her staff were wonderful. They took a stressful situation and made it so much better with their friendly countenances, efficiency, and calm demeanor. The facility was clean and organized. It’s never a good time to take a pet to an ER vet. I am thankful that ER Vet Emergency Group was there when we needed them. They exceeded our expectations.

Rushed our senior Frenchie here after some serious medical concerns and this place was absolutely the best decision ever. Although we ended up having to put our sweet pup down, Dr. Ezlle and her team were AMAZING to my family and pet. They did everything they could possibly do to make our Frenchie comfortable. We did not feel pressured into anything, they showed so much compassion for us and our animal. They answered all of our questions, explained everything so well. They provided so many different treatment options based on their VET expertise and of course what would be best for our pet. They never rushed us into making a decision. We got to spend as long as we wanted with our dog before having to put her down.They allowed us to be involved in all treatment that was being provided. We were never forced to leave our pups side, but instead encouraged to stay at their side. Although things didn’t end how we wished they did with our pup, we still felt so very grateful for Dr. Ezlle and her team again we had to drop them off donuts the very next day! I highly recommend this veterinary emergency group location
