What role are you interested in? *
As a support specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for people using Fillout as they encounter roadblocks. Because of the powerful nature of Fillout's products, you’ll constantly encounter new challenges. You’ll work with customers to help them build their use cases in Fillout or escalate issues to other team members as needed.
Your primary responsibility will be to make sure our users get the help they need to use Fillout effectively. You will also partner with our engineering team to consult on new features and areas for improvement related to the issues you encounter.
