He is very friendly and easy to contact by either phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. He gave good recommendations for places to visit and sights to see during our stay, and was very accommodating when travel plans were forced to change a couple of different times during the period when COVID-19 restrictions prevented travel. Our travel planner was easy to contact during our stay, and stayed in touch periodically to ensure our travel was going smooth. We were very happy with how the trip went, and the support received from Eden tours before and during our travel. We did arrange our own air travel and trip insurance, but were glad that Eden tours was also willing to provide assistance with those as well.
