We launched highly targeted Paid Search, Paid Social, and Email marketing campaigns aimed at capturing the brand-aware LPLA customerbase and convert them into online buyers as well.
As a fast-follow to phase 1, we deployed phase 2 focused on prospecting new potential customers who were previously not aware of the LPLA brand, but that fit the buying persona of LPLA shoppers. The primary channels employed in this pursuit were Paid Social, Display and Influencer Marketing and the primary messaging focused on brand value and third party credibility via quotes from external publications.

Growth was achieved in the first year of assuming control of their marketing budget.

G8A & Baby Brezza recognized that while Baby Brezza was attracting significant traffic to the website, this traffic was not being converted into purchases at a profitable enough rate. Through coordinated planning, we devised an integrated three-pronged strategy to increase website conversion rate.


We executed data-based website optimizations and worked with the client to improve ecommerce inventory availability in key styles. In Phase 2, we used targeted ads to identify key audiences and drove relevant in-market traffic on both Paid Search and Paid Social.

Group 8A worked with Autumn Cashmere to make data-based website optimization such as, creating relevant landing pages for promotions, improving Call to Actions on the site, and improving the overall site experience from a consumer perspective. In addition, we worked together to improve eCommerce inventory availability in key styles that previously had limited inventory backing.

With the increased conversion rate our team was able to focus next phase efforts on driving qualified website traffic through targeted Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising. Within these campaigns, we tested multiple audiences (including lookalikes and interest-based audiences) and multiple messaging (product focused, at-home benefits etc.). Addition of stronger on-site content including product focused video on product pages.

We took a targeted approach to improving their reputation and were able to improve the overall open rates and eventually the total number of opens - ultimately achieving a successful increase in sales.

G8A felt Blowfish had tremendous opportunity within the email channel. Generally if open rates are below 10%, this suggests the email domains like Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo, view the content as spam and therefore don’t allow emails to get through to the subscriber’s inbox.
G8A hoped that by taking a targeted approach to improving their reputation with the domains, we would be able to improve the overall open rates and eventually the total number of opens. If the conversion rate remained consistent, this would lead to a successful increase in sales.
