While your primary responsibility will be to provide first-tier customer support and service, as part of your duties, you'll manage customer queries and complaints, provide product and service information, and resolve any emerging issues our customers might have.
You’ll be expected to be a self-starter, capable of working independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
