One-to-one classes are 25/55 minutes long. Teachers are required to grade homework, submit class summaries/feedbacks, and unit reports.
- One-to-one Trial Classes: Fixed Rate $7 plus Enrolled Student Incentive $5. Finished As Scheduled Trial classes count towards extra incentive increases.
- One-to-one Regular Classes: Fixed Rate is based on the number of finished classes as scheduled (one 25 mins class will be counted as one, one 55 mins class will be counted as two)
Finished class tier will reset every month.

Current tier bonus applies to all previous classes finished as scheduled within the same month.
For example:
A teacher who has taught 30 classes will earn $7 per class. Once they teach 31 classes and reach the second tier, all their previously taught classes will pay $7.2 per class.
Additional Seasonal Incentives

Teacher Referral Bonus: Existing teachers will receive bonus per successful teacher referred to the LingoAce platform.
From January 15 to March 31. The reward is set by tier! Here’s how it works:
How It Works:
Incentives are calculated monthly, but totals accumulate until March 31.
For example:If you refer 2 teachers by January 31, you’ll earn $190 ($95 × 2).
If you refer an additional 2 teachers by February 28, you’ll earn $230 for February:
$210 ($105 × 2 for February referrals) plus an additional $20 (adjustment for January referrals: $10 × 2).
If you refer an additional 2 teachers by March 31, you'll earn $222 for March:
$214 ($107 × 2 for March referrals) plus an additional $8 (adjustment for January and February referrals: $2 × 4).
Note: Referrals made before January 15 are not included in the new tier system and will continue to earn $100 per referral.
