I had an outstanding experience with Luke, the optical dispenser. He is incredibly caring, helpful, and exceptionally patient—especially when dealing with my broken custom-made spectacles. Not only did he provide a temporary repair to keep me going, but he also went the extra mile to track down the original suppliers so my glasses could be properly fixed. His dedication and customer service were beyond expectations. I highly recommend Luke and this shop to anyone in need of professional and thoughtful optical assistance!

My husband and me both went to Opitical Superstore for eye tests. Jason is very professional and caring. The tests are very detailed, not like 5 minutes checkup from SpecSaver. We will refer all our friends and family to visit them.

Decided to give Optical Superstore a try because I looked at their frames and not only are they cheaper than Specsavers but they are so much nicer with a wider variety and brands that SS don’t stock. Booked in for my eye test and I am so impressed! The Optometrist performed tests on my eyes that SS have never done, wasn’t rushed and explained things that I never knew before.In SS you are pumped through like a number in the quickest way possible but this is not the case with this store. From the Optometrist to the staff at the front desk, the attention to detail and helpfulness was so nice and refreshing…this is definitely my Optical store from now on! AAAAA+++++

Today I visited every optometrist/eye store in Casuarina Square and The Optical Superstore were the most helpful and friendly. While no other stores offered help when I was looking for glasses for my three year old unless I went and sought it out, the young woman at TOS was incredibly helpful and was so sweet with my son. Thank you for making it such a pain free experience!

Absolutely the best optometrist I've found in Adelaide, great service, beautiful frames and amazing prices. I've got a small face and they always spend time fitting the frames perfectly so they're nice and tight. Very happy, highly recommend

I have nothing but good things to say about the Optical Superstore at Tea Tree Plaza. I took in a pair of specs for repair which I’d sourced back from my home country and the people at Optical Superstore were nice enough to replace the broken arm with one from their inventory FOC. Super nice, attentive and courteous - they basically made my day and just went out of the way to help some one in need! Kudos and the kindest service!

The family, depleted and jaded after spending several hours trying 100s of frames in the numerous spectacle stores along the mall, tried as a last ditch effort the Optical Superstore (Lower Ground, Adelaide Central Plaza) and, were absolutely delighted by the incredible skill Leanne with decades of experience has at choosing frames the compliment the face in seconds and at excellent value for money; 2 family members each walked out having chosen 2 new pairs each. Extraordinary! Feeling extremely grateful!

My husband had fantastic service when he visited recently after needing new sunglasses urgently for an upcoming trip. The service staff went way beyond expectations, and consultedseveral times with Hoya to get the lenses organised within a week for my husband to personally pick up.
