Social Media Executive - Central Asia

The Role: 

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our growing Regional Marketing team and help propel our brand’s social media to exciting new levels. As a Social Media Executive you will be up to date on the latest social media trends and channels and think creatively when developing new strategies to reach our target audience to increase their engagement with our brand. The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Develop, coordinate, and execute the social media strategy across all applicable platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and Threads.
    • Identify and suggest new social media activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement in the specific region.
    • Monitor social media insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective content and thoroughly analyse the results.
    • Produce monthly, yearly, and lifetime performance reports for each channel.
    • Monitor and coordinate monthly social media tasks and ensure timely and accurate execution of the strategy.
    • Participate at key events and galas, ensuring high-quality engagement and visibility.
    • Plan and oversee the scheduling of new podcasts, ensuring smooth execution and optimal content quality.
    • Work closely with the Content and Design Teams to ensure that our messaging is effectively conveyed.
    • Work closely and coordinate with the Digital Data Analysis Team or external agencies to optimize advert targeting, budget allocation, and campaign strategies.
    • Monitor competitors and produce competitive analysis reports.
    • Stay up to date on the latest social media platform features and industry-specific rules and regulations related to content sharing on social media.

Main requirements:

    • A degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications, or any other related field.
    • At least 4 years of experience in social media management. Experience within the online trading industry will be considered an advantage.
    • Experience with Social Analytics and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch etc.
    • Previous successful experience in scaling social media campaigns.
    • The ability to analyse and create reports on social media accounts and trends.
    • Passion and enthusiasm for driving impactful online engagement.
    • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
    • The ability to collaborate and excel in a team.
    • Fluent Uzbek and Russian speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
    • High attention to detail.
