Key responsibilities:

- Partner with internal teams to enhance our career website, ensuring it reflects our employer value proposition.
- Manage and optimise our presence on employer review platforms and social media channels, maintaining a strong, positive brand image.
- Strengthen our employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, talent engagement programs, and internal advocacy efforts.
- Oversee career fairs, industry events, employee engagement activities, and corporate branding campaigns to reinforce our employer identity.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and powerful employer brand message across all channels.
- Monitor employer brand performance, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and global best practices to continuously evolve our employer branding strategy.
- Identify new and innovative ways to enhance our brand presence and effectiveness on a global scale.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree will be considered a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a related field, ideally within a large-scale, multinational organization.
- Proven ability to develop and evolve employer branding strategies that align with global best practices and international standards.
- Experience working with employer branding tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- A master storyteller with strong content creation, social media, and digital marketing skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding, engagement, and talent attraction.
- Strong project management skills, with experience handling large-scale branding initiatives across multiple locations and diverse talent markets.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends, measure impact, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
