Key responsibilities:

    • Act as a brand ambassador, championing our values and fostering a sense of community among employees.

    • 🎯Drive Engagement Through Storytelling & Content Creation
    • Create captivating social media content, blogs, testimonials, and videos that showcase our people, culture, and achievements.
    • Partner with internal teams to enhance our career website, ensuring it reflects our employer value proposition.
    • Manage and optimise our presence on employer review platforms and social media channels, maintaining a strong, positive brand image.

    • 🎯Lead Employer Branding Campaigns & Events
    • Strengthen our employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, talent engagement programs, and internal advocacy efforts.
    • Oversee career fairs, industry events, employee engagement activities, and corporate branding campaigns to reinforce our employer identity.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and powerful employer brand message across all channels.

    • Monitor employer brand performance, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis to drive continuous improvement.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and global best practices to continuously evolve our employer branding strategy.
    • Identify new and innovative ways to enhance our brand presence and effectiveness on a global scale.

What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree will be considered a plus.
    • 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a related field, ideally within a large-scale, multinational organization.
    • Proven ability to develop and evolve employer branding strategies that align with global best practices and international standards.
    • Experience working with employer branding tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
    • A master storyteller with strong content creation, social media, and digital marketing skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for branding, engagement, and talent attraction.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience handling large-scale branding initiatives across multiple locations and diverse talent markets.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends, measure impact, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
