Mission Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Redding, CA. As a vital part of our care team, you will empower patients by restoring their motion and helping them achieve their personal best. - Deliver physical therapy services in alignment with a physician’s plan of care.

- Assist patients in pain relief, functional restoration, and performance maximization.

- Guide patients through active/passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait training, and more.

- Maintain detailed clinical records and submit timely documentation.

- Participate in team meetings and ongoing education programs.

- Licensed Physical Therapist in California

- Doctorate or Master’s (MS) degree in Physical Therapy

- At least one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist

- Current CPR certification

- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to travel in the Redding area
