At Mission Healthcare, we are committed to improving the lives of those we serve. As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to diagnose and treat speech-language disorders, creating personalized care plans that directly contribute to the healing and well-being of our community.

Serving a 60-mile radius from our Bend office, we offer a diverse and rewarding caseload, allowing you to make a significant difference in a variety of patients' lives.
Compensation: $58/hr (PPV) or higher based on experience. Plus, mileage reimbursement to support your travel.
Job Functions:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance speech and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech–Language Pathology
- Licensed/Certified in Speech–Language Pathology
- A minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in Speech–Language Pathology
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent organizational abilities
- CPR certification (current)
- Must have a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a reliable automobile in good working condition
