About Neo

Neo is our fast-growing direct-to-customer platform designed to help small businesses, solopreneurs, and professionals establish a professional online presence with ease. Our offering includes domain name registration, an AI-powered website builder, and professional email—packaged at an affordable monthly rate to ensure accessibility for businesses of all sizes. We are now poised for our next phase of growth and are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

    • Growth Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive growth strategy across acquisition channels
    • Execute end-to-end campaigns across creative, product and data teams.
    • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand our persona and use cases to develop the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.

    • Experimentation & Rapid Iteration:
    • Build and run growth experiments to test new channels, messaging, and landing pages.

    • Organic and Paid Growth:
    • Plan and execute experiments across paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and organic channels (SEO, content, referrals, virality, partnerships).
    • Collaborate with the SEO, content, and product marketing teams for a cohesive content strategy across organic, social, and paid channels.
    • Integrate SEO best practices and SEM campaigns into cohesive growth initiatives.

    • Partnerships and affiliates:
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners who can expand Neo’s reach.
    • Develop co-marketing initiatives (joint webinars, referral deals, etc.) that deliver tangible lead-gen results.

    • Analytics and Data:
    • Monitor growth analytics and KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention cohorts, etc.) and continuously refine strategies based on data.
    • Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, derive insights, and iterate rapidly.

    • Own growth goals:
    • Develop and own growth goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected growth targets.

    • Budget & ROI Optimization:
    • Plan and optimize the growth budget, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
    • SaaS & Growth Expertise: Demonstrated success in a SaaS environment, driving self-serve, high-volume lead generation while maintaining low CAC.
    • Content & SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with content-led growth motions, including how to integrate SEO/SEM effectively.
    • Analytical & ROI-Focused: Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to track and report on key marketing metrics, ensuring spend efficacy and payback period targets.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and creative teams. Able to unify multiple marketing channels under one coherent growth strategy.
    • Optional: Partnership & Affiliate Experience: Proven track record building and scaling influencer/affiliate programs; existing networks in Western markets is a plus.
    • Role is based out of (or focusing on hiring in) Mumbai or bangalore, India, with potential to serve a global market.
