Responsibilities:
- Execute daily manual operational workflows, specifically related to labs, across internal and third-party systems to meet core product and clinical needs.
- Follow standardized policies and procedures to order and ingest member labs into internal systems.
- Work alongside the Operations and Clinical teams to execute manual clinical processes and support back-end operations.
Qualifications:
- You have prior experience working in a blend of technology and operations, accountable for executing several manual processes under time-bound SLAs.
- You have a “get stuff done” attitude and have an acute attention to detail, able to follow complex instructions and execute tasks with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- You have prior experience using tools including Jira, Zendesk and Google Sheets.
- You are highly organized, thorough and can communicate clearly and concisely in a remote environment.
- You can manage your work independently, while also able to work cross-functionally to accomplish greater goals as a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working with medical data, specifically lab results.
- Previous experience working within Product.
$25 - $25 an hour
This is a 4 month contract opportunity- business needs and demand will influence duration extensions.
