Vida Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director/Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead our financial planning, analysis and operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong fiscal discipline and driving sustainable growth. The Senior Director/VP of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and key strategic initiatives while partnering with executives across the organization to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Vida Health’s growth objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
    • Own and enhance financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting processes to provide actionable insights for leadership and investors.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate unit economics, pricing strategies, member engagement metrics and margin levers to drive scalable growth.
    • Oversee financial reporting, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely and accurate insights for executive decision-making.
    • Prepare and present financial results, forecasts and strategic plans to investors and the Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Ensure financial controls, risk mitigation and compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and analytical excellence.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth technology, healthcare or digital health companies.
    • Proven track record in strategic financial planning, corporate finance, FP&A and operational finance.
    • Deep expertise in financial modeling, business analytics and KPI-driven decision-making.
    • Strong knowledge of unit economics, SaaS or subscription-based revenue models and healthcare finance is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to executives, investors and external stakeholders.
    • Experience leading fundraising, M&A or strategic partnerships is a plus.
$180,000 - $225,000 a year
