Support Engineer

With the rise in customer demand for the software products in our portfolio (https://flagsmith.com & https://www.browserless.io), we are looking for a Support Engineer to help our customers solve technical issues and have an amazing experience along the way.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage the support queue to ensure fast resolution and customer happiness
  • Support the sales team with product demos during sales calls
  • Create internal tickets to ensure engineering can solve bugs and improve the product
  • Update and maintain the knowledge base to help self-serve customers find answers on their own
  • Write occasional blog posts or connect with developer community through Github
What you bring:
  • Good understanding of a programming language (Python, JavaScript, Node, HTML, etc.)
  • Customer service oriented – go the extra mile!
  • Great communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – this is a ground floor opportunity to help us build something amazing!
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly & hunger to learn more!
