Join our Trust & Safety team and help keep online platforms secure and compliant. As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content—including images, videos, text, and livestreams—and assess it against platform policies, identifying and handling violations quickly and accurately.

**Responsibilities**
– Review user-generated content (images, video clips, text posts, and comments) according to client platform policies.
– Classify content accurately: approve, remove, escalate, or send for secondary review.
– Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy above the required SLA standard.
– Identify and escalate urgent content (self-harm, CSAM, terrorism, illegal activity) within the defined SLA (typically within 2 hours).
– Record all moderation actions correctly in the moderation tool for audit and reporting.
– Attend weekly calibration sessions to ensure consistent policy interpretation.
– Provide QA input on complex cases and policy gray areas.
– Maintain strict confidentiality for all reviewed content and user information.

**Requirements**
– 1–3 years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or online policy enforcement.
– Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
– Ability to make fast, consistent, policy-driven decisions in high-volume environments.
– Emotional resilience, as the job may involve graphic or disturbing content (well-being support is available).
– Basic proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
– A graduate degree is preferred; 10+2 with relevant experience may be accepted.

**Nice to Have**
– Experience moderating video, livestream, or social media content.
– Familiarity with content moderation tools (e.g., Jira-based queues, Brainware, or similar).
– Understanding of CSAM reporting requirements and platform policy frameworks.
