About The Role We are hiring a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team from home on a flexible schedule. This remote position is open to candidates in Austin, Texas and is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income or a flexible work arrangement alongside other commitments. You will be entering and maintaining customer records and operational data with accuracy and attention to detail. A background check is required for all positions handling company data.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer, account, and operational data into internal company systems
• Review submitted information for completeness, formatting, and accuracy — flag any errors for team lead review
• Maintain organized digital records across assigned accounts and databases
• Meet weekly data entry accuracy and productivity targets as set by team management
• Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status to team leads via email and chat
• Handle all data, records, and account information with strict confidentiality
• Assist with file organization, document formatting, and administrative support as needed
• Participate in brief weekly check-ins with the team to review workload and priorities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets while working independently
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior experience required — full paid training is provided from day one
