We operate in more than 15 states across the U.S., with major hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle, and are expanding further into the East Coast and Midwest. As a technology-focused company, we use advanced tools to run and optimize school district transportation systems, while also building our own charter platform and developing proprietary SaaS products. We are also leading a nationwide effort to electrify school transportation fleets and support local utilities by returning energy to the grid. Our work has earned recognition from CNBC’s Disruptor 50, the Financial Times 500 fastest-growing companies, and Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas.

Interested in joining our team? We are hiring for multiple roles starting in June 2026 and will begin reviewing applications and scheduling interviews soon.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to support daily transportation operations at our Shawnee, KS site. You’re comfortable working in the field—coaching supervisors, resolving route issues, or stepping in to support operations when needed. You communicate clearly at all levels and keep people aligned. You believe operational excellence comes from empowering your team, not micromanaging, and you take pride in helping people grow.
