We’re a small Aussie startup of 10 looking for a talented A-player to join our team. We’re searching for an Influencer Marketing Manager excited about building and scaling our influencer program. Your work will majorly fuel our social proof, user-generated content, and paid advertising campaigns.

🎯 What Do We Do?
We offer prepaid travel eSIMs through our online Shopify store (https://simify.com) that are easy to use, super affordable, and have zero roaming fees. We keep international travellers connected wherever they go.
✅ Your Responsibilities
- Strategise & Launch Influencer Programs: Assist in building a robust influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand values and growth goals.
- Build Relationships: Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers/creators, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Generate UGC: Oversee the creation of user-generated content that aligns with our brand message and fuels our paid social ads.
- Negotiate Collaborations: Handle contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers.
- Track & Optimise: Set clear KPIs, analyse campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI), and refine strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with Paid Marketing: Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to integrate UGC content into paid ads.
- Stay Organised: Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
- Learn & Evolve: Commit to continuous learning by leveraging resources like books, podcasts, mentorship, or tools like AI to refine strategies and test new methods.
🛠️ Skills & Experience
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in building or scaling influencer marketing campaigns, particularly in e-commerce or travel.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled in building authentic connections, negotiating deals, and managing influencer partnerships.
- Analytical Thinker: Comfortable with tracking and interpreting campaign data to measure success and drive improvements.
- Creative Vision: A keen sense of brand alignment and the ability to curate or guide influencer content.
- Project Management: Highly organized, able to effectively juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Digital Know-How: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, as well as Shopify and influencer management tools (e.g., Upfluence, GRIN).

We’re open to candidates worldwide, but you must be able to overlap with Australian time zones for effective collaboration.
