Solé Bicycles is a fast-growing U. S. -based consumer products brand that designs and manufactures stylish, high-quality electric and non-electric bicycles. Founded with a mission to make transportation fun, accessible, and sustainable, our bikes are enjoyed by riders across the country and around the world.

We operate a vertically integrated model, managing everything from product development and global manufacturing to retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer sales. As our business continues to grow, we’re building a strong finance and operations team to support our next phase of expansion.

This is a fully remote role, ideally based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or another Latin American country.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Manage monthly closing process

• Maintain QuickBooks Online accounting software with precision and accuracy

• Generate and process customer invoices and manage collections (AR)

• Review and enter vendor bills (AP) and ensure timely payments

• Oversee purchase order and order processing workflows

• Work closely with U. S. team to maintain financial health and reporting accuracy

• Maintain documentation and support for financial audits

• Implement and improve processes around cash flow, inventory, and reconciliations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience

• Expert in QuickBooks Online (required)

• Strong understanding of U. S. accounting principles (GAAP familiarity preferred)

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Experience working remotely with international teams

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and communication/project tools like Slack, Asana, or Notion
